Mr. Upside x Mobiele bierproeverij
Mobile beer tasting? Think of a bar. Think of a big trailer. And think of beer. Combine those three and you get ‘de Mobiele Bierproeverij’ (the Mobile Beer Tasting). And the great thing is, it can be rented for parties. Because you shouldn't keep something so creative and delicious to yourself. It must be shared. And it needed a nice logo and good corporate identity design.

I previously developed the logo of Jan's party rental service. And was therefore also asked to design a logo for this Mobile Beer Tasting. Beer brands are popular. So the public already has a well-developed idea of what graphic design with 'beer' as the subject 'should' look like. That raised the bar a little higher.
Jan is brimming with ideas
Jan de Kuijper from Lisse is the owner of a party rental service and a real entrepreneur. In addition to renting out party items, party tents, cups, plates, beer taps, tables and glassware, Jan is always full of ideas. One of those ideas was a beer tasting, but mobile.
Art Direction: a logo 'infused' with beer
Plenty of inspiration for hands
Beer has been around for a long time. As a result, many examples of 'beer branding' can be found and inspiration was readily available.
Relaxation, entertainment, experience and delicious
The mobile beer tasting service has three main product specifications. Beer, tasting and mobile/mobile. All three of course deserve a vote in the corporate identity. The 'mobile', wheeled part is the most distinctive. Beer least. Customers experience the mobile beer tasting in much the same way as 'beer in a café'. So feelings like 'relaxation', 'entertainment', 'experience' and 'tasty' also apply here.
